Kani Salad

Ingredients

  • Ā½ cup kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp MizkanĀ® Natural Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg leg style imitation crab, julienned
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg mango spears, julienned
  • 1 English cucumber, julienned
  • 4 carrots, julienned
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl. Add crab, mango, cucumber, and carrot; toss. Divide among bowls and top with sliced avocado.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
