½ cup kewpie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Mizkan® Natural Rice Vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
1 (8-oz) pkg leg style imitation crab, julienned
1 (10-oz) pkg mango spears, julienned
1 English cucumber, julienned
4 carrots, julienned
2 avocados, sliced
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tsp black sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha in a large bowl. Add crab, mango, cucumber, and carrot; toss. Divide among bowls and top with sliced avocado.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
