Yakitori Marinade
1/4 cup Mizkan Mirin
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Mizkan Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp. peanut oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, minced
hot chili flakes to taste
