Dim Sum Bento Box

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen mini spring rolls
  • 6 frozen gyoza dumplings
  • ¼ cup Mizkan™ Dumpling Sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups cooked white rice, chilled
  • ¼ cup finely chopped deli ham or turkey
  • ¼ cup frozen green onions
  • 1 cup small broccoli florets, steamed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare frozen spring rolls and dumplings as directed on package. Cut each spring roll in half on the bias. Pack two small containers with 1 tablespoon sauce each.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Add rice; cook 2 min. breaking up to separate the grains. Add meat and peas; stir to combine. Make a well in center of pan; add egg. Stir continuously to scramble then gently incorporate surrounding rice mixture. Remove from heat; stir in onions and remaining sauce. Cool.
  3. Pack each bento evenly with fried rice, spring rolls and dumplings. Use broccoli to divide foods within the bento box container.
